Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop ServiceNow applications, integrations, and customizations based on business requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business processes and deliver efficient solutions
Create and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog
Develop UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and other system customization within ServiceNow
Implement and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and systems
Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow platform enhancements and upgrades
Optimize the performance and scalability of ServiceNow applications through continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions with existing systems
Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment
Document technical designs, release notes, and operational procedures related to ServiceNow applications
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities to propose and implement innovative solutions
Conduct troubleshooting and issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted operation of ServiceNow applications
Support end-users by providing training, guidance, and assistance related to ServiceNow functionality and best practices
