Position Overview**

Access Global Group is seeking an experienced Insurance Subject Matter Expert (SME). The Insurance SME will be accountable for providing leadership and assistance across the customer engagement and solution implementation lifecycle. This role presents a compelling opportunity with substantial visibility, pivotal responsibilities, and promising avenues for professional advancement.

The selected candidate will play a key role in deploying solutions pertaining to Salesforce Insurance initiatives for Access Global Group. This individual will work closely with customers and partner stakeholders throughout engagements, contributing to the development of subject matter expertise, thought leadership, and strategic capabilities, while delivering tailored solutions for clients in the insurance industry. **


  • Provide business solution advisory services, and where required, solution implementation leadership.
  • Provide support to sales team in opportunity pursuit by participating in business and sales strategy planning and execution.
  • Leverage industry and domain knowledge to drive delivery excellence (best practices, quality principles, best in class technology and tools, productivity, analytics).
  • Drive growth, create a GTM strategy, and work with sales and consulting teams.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders (e.g. - delivery leads, account management, clients, and success teams).
  • Prepare and deliver thought leadership assets like white papers, blog posts, podcasts, etc.
  • Support Insurance practice related initiatives.



  • 10+ years of Property & Casualty and Life & Health experience, preferably at an insurance carrier or an insurance software provider with a bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of experience with a master's degree
  • Detailed knowledge of insurance principles, terminology, customs, and practices
  • Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer
  • Approximately 10 percent travel

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Experience partnering with C-level executives as a SME and trusted advisor
  • CPCU, AINS, AIC, ARM, AU, CLU designations a plus
  • Insurance Broker's license a plus (e.g. P&C broker's license or Life and Health broker's license)
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions or SaaS solutions
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation of Insurance technology systems (e.g. Quote/Rate/Apply, Policy Administration, Claims Management, Omnichannel Engagement, Billing)
  • Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or priorities
  • Strong influence, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute solution architecture
  • Experience with large scale technology projects
  • Experience in cognitive design, information architecture and user-centered design a plus
  • Experience working with creative and technical project teams
  • Become appropriately knowledgeable on Salesforce within the first year
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint and other project management and time tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, Slack, etc.)
