Your missions

Overview:
The ServiceNow Resources play a crucial role in the organization by providing expertise in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of ServiceNow applications to meet the organization's IT service management needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements
  • Support the integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems and applications
  • Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including data management and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow enhancements
  • Create and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow processes, procedures, and configurations
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI components
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices and implement them within the organization
  • Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow development and administration
Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and Service Catalog
  • Ability to design and implement ServiceNow workflows and automation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools
