Job description

Your mission

We are looking for a 360° Sales and Account Specialist. You have a proven track record in B2B Sales, preferably for a SaaS company. You have proficient knowledge of the SME market and understand how to prospect, demonstrate and negotiate quality deals in this market. You have experience in developing  prospecting strategies and understand how  to crack growth at low CACs in SME sales. You are pragmatic, easy going, hands-on and focus on efficient productivity. You take ownership of your opportunities. Your responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

  • Implement and optimise prospecting strategies to drive sales

  • Act as the  main point of contact for qualified leads through all touchpoints, from initial outreach to customer conversion 

  • Analyse sales statistics to identify areas of improvement throughout the sales funnel

  • Understand the actual needs of customers and the ability to highlight these within the product 

  • Build call scripts and email sequencing to support campaigns and prospecting efforts

  • Assist in implementation of new client onboarding, as needed

  • Generate growth by building and improving  our processes with the focus on increasing retention,  conversion and, consequently, new MRR 

  • Monitor activities, identify risks, and implement activities to ensure success of KPI’s.

  • Stay abreast of industry news and trends, and how they affect Helu’s products and services.

Your skills
  • An Absolute Must: native German speaker with a professional level of English

  • At least 2 years of sales experience including lead generation, lead qualification and prospecting via phone and web

  • Know your way around meaningful KPIs

  • Highly analytical, numbers-driven and strategic when building a new sales pipeline

  • Hard working, structured and reliable

  • Positively aggressive in building and scaling sales

  • Superior presentation, persuasion, and verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient with modern sales and analytic tools (i.e.   HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and UserGuiding)
