Through personalized mentorship sessions and engaging webinars, you'll empower students to master essential skills in Frontend, Backend, React, Data Structures and Algorithm , and more, preparing them for success in the ever-evolving field of Full Stack Development.
Responsibilities: - Conduct 1:1 mentorship sessions with students, evaluate them on technical concepts , projects and soft skills and provide personalized guidance and feedback - Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment, where students feel supported and motivated to explore and excel in the field.
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in full Stack Development or related field. - Proficiency in tools and technologies such as Frontend, Backend, React, Data Structures and Algorithm. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and empowering others. - Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the learning styles and preferences of individual students. - Prior experience in mentoring or coaching is a plus.
