Department: Customer Relations **

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Remote

Compensation: $18.00 / hour

Description**

The Operator will primarily answer phones in a pleasant and professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed. In addition to administrative duties including implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects. **

Key Responsibilities**

  • Answer multi-line telephone system, determine caller's needs and route to appropriate department/person
  • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
  • Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring projects
  • Type and design general correspondences such as memos
  • Assist with other related clerical duties as needed
  • Data entry into CRM system
  • Provide leads for sales representatives
  • Assist with other related clerical duties as needed
