About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy for our end-to-end service bureau customer in the Additive Manufacturing (AM) field. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the AM industry or manufacturing industries and a proven track record of driving growth in B2B markets. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a long-term commercial strategy for the European market - Create sales strategies targeting new B2B customers - Generate leads and call prospective customers. - Planning and present demonstrations - Process customer quotes and orders - Interpret manufacturing requirements - Identify and develop new market opportunities for AM technologies. - Manage the commercial budget and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).

Requirements - Must have experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the AM industry or manufacturing sector (Aerospace supplier, oil and gas, tooling, heavy industry, fluid handling, contract manufacturer, mining, energy or chemical) - Experience working with European markets - Plus: Strong understanding of the AM value chain, including design, materials, printing processes, and post-processing. - Ability to travel as required. - Fluent in Spanish, and English. Additional European languages are a plus
