Overview

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for generating new sales, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring renewals with existing clients.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales account management, a strong understanding of the campus management market as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.  The Sales Account Manager will work closely with the sales and client care teams.

  • Conduct regular meetings with existing clients, including business and technical contacts, to ensure delight and renewals, strengthen relationships and identify opportunities to increase revenue through the sale of new solutions.

  • Work with the sales and finance teams to reconcile client invoices and partner invoices.

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Increase revenue in existing accounts by identifying unmet client needs, conducting presentations and demonstrations, generating quotes and closing add on business.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to existing clients.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the game.

  • Attend trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services.


Qualities You Will Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role.

  • Knowledge of the higher education market and campus card management solutions.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

  • Enthusiasm for interacting and collaborating cross-functionally in your search for the solutions to our clients' needs.
