Description

Earn up to $65k a year working from the comfort of your home with a leading company known for its dynamic and supportive work culture. This remote call setter position is ideal for energetic and outgoing individuals skilled in setting appointments and managing client interactions. Pay: Hourly Pay + Bonuses for total earnings up to $50,000 - $65,000 annually with full benefits.

 

Excel in a role where you will connect with individuals who have already expressed a strong interest in our services.  In this position, you will engage with prospects who have reached out for a consultation with our sales experts or have sought additional details about our offerings—eliminating the need for cold calling. Your task will involve inquiring about the client's needs, meticulously recording their responses in our database, and seamlessly scheduling an appointment to link them directly with our dedicated Advisor team members for a live conversation.

 

You must have exceptional listening skills along with the ability to engage with prospective clients comfortably and confidently so that they feel like they are having a conversation and not being asked a list of questions! 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact highly qualified prospective clients and gather the information for an Advisor consultation.
  • Connect with prospects, actively listen, qualify, and schedule consultations for them with an Advisor
  • Provide detailed notes from the qualifying call for the Advisor to facilitate the consultation
  • Comfortability navigate Salesforce (CRM) by logging calls, notes and other required data into the system
  • Send timely confirmation emails to every prospect scheduled with an Advisor
  • Manage email responses effectively, with keen attention to follow-up and follow-through
  • Answer returned calls and promptly respond to all voicemail messages in a timely manner
  • Efficiently dial at least 150 prospects per day; with a goal to schedule 20-25 consults per day
  • Bonuses are paid on performance and results - the more consults that turn to sales, the higher the bonus

 

Best qualified candidates will:

  • Love talking to people on the phone and has outstanding communication skills
  • Has the ability to learn from a script but not sound scripted
  • Have exceptional listening skills and the ability to engage in a conversation with the prospective client so that it feels like a professional conversation
  • Be personable, have proper speaking, listening, and phone etiquette skills
  • Have proficiency in using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, positive, and coachable
  • Have excellent time management skills and attention to detail, completing tasks accurately and promptly
  • Be proficient using GSuite, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets
  • Experience in Salesforce Lightning, Ring Central, or Chili Piper scheduling system is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree
  • Experience with a professional services company is a benefit

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Wednesday - Sunday

8-hour work day

 

Will have a set schedule starting between 9 AM and 12 PM EASTERN (6 AM and 3 PM PACIFIC)
(Once a schedule has been decided, it will be the required schedule each week)
