Job description

We are hiring for an experienced Supervisor leading a team of EDI associates. In this role you will oversee the daily support and operations of the EDI Team.  This role will be a key liaison between internal teams for all EDI requirements.  This is an area of large growth for our business and includes working with dynamic team members, peers, and trading partners to continue to lead us strategically into the future. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: - Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000, plus annual bonus opportunity - Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. - Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year. - Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion. - Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion. - Applicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Lead a team of EDI associates through coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities. - Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities. - Manage work intake, prioritization, assignment and maintenance of EDI processes and applications. - Assists and leads EDI projects and communicates directly with stakeholders and trading partners. - Partner with sales and operations to continuously improve EDI integration processes. - Provide ongoing internal and external customer support for EDI questions. - Ensure development of new legislation, mandates and legal requirements are analyzed and information is disseminated to the appropriate areas for review and implementation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING: - 3+ years of prior leadership/supervisory experience  - Prior experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) within Group Benefits - Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization with internal and external partners such policyholders, brokers, and trading partners. - Creative mind set, adaptability, flexibility and resilience with the ability to lead a team through change. - You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. - Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
