aimpower is looking for a Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) who excels at elevating sales teams to new levels of success. You possess a strategic mindset that puts a customer centric approach first and combines data-driven insights with creative problem-solving to optimize sales processes and drive exceptional growth.

We are searching for a team member who can develop a comprehensive guide to achieve sales excellence, utilizing innovation and strategic planning. 
In this role you will:
  • Optimize sales processes, workflows, and drive best practices adoption. You will be instrumental in building the playbook that wins deals time after time. 
  • Develop and maintain key documentation on policies, sales processes, and engagement rules. 
  • Monitor KPIs and pipeline performance to provide valuable insights.  
  • Keep leadership updated on key business growth metrics and prepare weekly forecast reports. 
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and resource planning, lead quarterly reviews to inform strategic decisions. 
  • Plan quotas and territories using data models to predict fair and equitable targets; assist with monthly commission administration. 
  • Optimize existing sales tech stack and drive adoption for all users, identify and oversee implementation of new capabilities. 
  • Lead various data clean-up initiatives for data standardization and recommend process improvements for better data collection or data sources. 
  • Identify, investigate, and manage resolution of data quality issues. 
  • Establish and spearhead our sales ops function. 
About you:
  • 2-5 years' experience in building sales ops for a sales org, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment.  
  • In-depth knowledge of modern CRMs (ideally Hubspot). 
  • Highly analytical and data driven approach. You like Excel/Google Sheets more than you’re generally willing to admit in public. 
  • Competent administering a modern sales tech stack (Salesloft, Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Docusign, ZoomInfo, Woodpecker, Apollo, Wiza, Lusha, etc.). 
  • Thirst for knowledge and drive to achieve outstanding results. 
  • Demonstrate a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strategic thinker, always presenting ways to improve processes and leveraging data to find better solutions.
