Fire & Security New Business Development Manager
Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. From initial design, supply and installation, through to ongoing maintenance and monitoring, we maintain the capability to help prevent, detect and monitor Fire and Security risks for our customers up and down the country. We are currently looking to appoint an experienced and accomplished New Business Development Manager from within the Fire & Security industry.
Basic Salary - £35-42,000 Subject to experience
On Target Earnings - Circa £70,000

Marlowe Fire & Security’s New Business Development Manager’s
Drive business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions and services.
- Professionally represent the company’s brand and successfully sell the Company’s fire & security products within an allocated geographical area, ensuring achievement of an agreed target.
- Manage the existing client base and focus on retention and development of each account in an assigned geographical area.
- Identify & target potential clients in the fire and security industry, generating new sales opportunities for all Marlowe Fire & Security products.
- Attend appointments to sell the company’s products and services ensuring customer satisfaction of service delivery, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
- Collate appropriate information to present performance data and ensure all correct documentation utilised.
- Constant attainment of agreed targets based upon a mix of new business, existing business and additional revenue streams.
- Conduct Fire & Security audits at client’s premises and generate recommendations.
- Develop & implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
- Build & deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and technicians, to ensure successful project delivery.

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the fire and security industry
Possess a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Show a deep understanding of fire and security solutions and technologies
Are driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Are proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools
Hold a valid driver's license and are willing to travel as required
