OPPORTUNITY

The Director of Finance & Accounting will support Corevist's global organization by optimizing the positive impact of the Finance function on the business and our clients. This position will work cross-functionally to manage a multitude of general responsibilities, with primary focus on accounting and financial planning/analysis across multiple entities US and International.

This position will report to the CEO, working closely with all levels of the organization across various departments to ensure corporate strategic targets are met.

LOCATION

Must be based in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area and capable of commuting to our HQ office in downtown Durham multiple times a week. This is a hybrid work position; at times work from home and work remote is perfectly fine.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process payroll, including bonus and commission plan administration
  • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes while uncovering opportunities for efficiencies and improvements
  • Analyze and report on financial performance on a monthly and quarterly basis in formats needed for board, investors and senior management team
  • Support annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning
  • Perform financial analysis including variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling as needed
  • Manage contracts, pricing and the deal desk for new and existing accounts
  • Manage collections process and oversee accounts receivable communication
  • Partner with department leaders to analyze costs, capacity requirements, and tactical initiatives
  • Manage audits, state filings/fees/taxes and related financial efforts
  • Administer and iterate on General & Administrative policies

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 8+ years of highly transferable experience in Finance, Accounting, or similar field, SaaS software company experience desirable but not required
  • Bachelors Degree from 4-year university or college; MBA or CPA a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized and with strong follow-up skills
  • Proactive in asking questions or for help if needed
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems individually or within a team
  • Experienced with Quickbooks, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint and other business applications
