B.S. Degree or equivalent experience, Minimum 3 years' experience in diagnosing and repairing equipment, Strong communication, organizational, and customer-focused skills, Knowledge of MS Office and network interfacing, Valid Driver’s license and ability to travel.
Key responsabilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on X-ray equipment
- Coordinate customer support activities and training sessions
- Generate individual expense reports and ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend Rigaku product training sessions and work closely with service centers
- Work independently while maintaining a team focus
