We are looking for personnel capable of performing data entry tasks. Our partner has developed a software platform used by investor relations and investment banking professionals around the world. We are proud to say that our customers consistently give us top reviews and genuinely enjoy using our products.

As our client base continues to grow, we are expanding our account/relationship management team to ensure our clients are happy and successful. As such, we are looking for a candidate who can advise our users on how best to use our solution, as well as more general advice on how to run a successful investor relations strategy.

The ideal candidate will be able to properly identify the needs of both new and existing clients to help clients succeed with our product. To do this, you will develop an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues clients may have.

Responsibilities:

Educate customers and guide them in the use of the platform.

Constantly communicate with customers to provide value and inform them of new product releases

Maintain a knowledge base of articles that answer some of our most frequently asked questions

Identify opportunities or issues within the product based on customer feedback and empower the product team with this information

Work closely with our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform

Share customer success stories with the team and help develop them into case studies and blog posts

Build and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs

To be the ideal candidate you do not need to have previous industry experience but you should have:

A passion for coaching our clients to succeed and exceed their expectations

The ability to build strong relationships with clients by understanding and anticipating their needs and pains

A love of problem solving, no matter how big or small

Excellent written and oral skills

A positive, upbeat attitude and the ability to multi-task on multiple projects
