We are seeking a Business Consultant to work exclusively with EASE clients for the purpose of providing specialized services within the Symitar EASE™ outsourcing solution. This position will support larger asset customers with 2+ billion dollars in assets bridging the gap between regular customer support and advanced customer support required by our large asset customers.
This position can be worked remotely within the United States and potentially travel up to 10% for meetings or training.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Primary contact for processing and other data center tasks for an assigned group of top tier clients
- Work with vendors on integration to the EASE Data Center along with credit union
- Conduct regular technical calls with the client on both upcoming projects as well as current projects
- Review client’s technical strategic plans for near term (less than one year), mid-term (1-3 years), and long term (3+ years)
- Ensure appropriate JH resources are assigned to active/near term (if applicable) projects.
- Provide regular written status updates to the client as well as EASE management
- Monitor cases to ensure appropriate updates are being provided
- Partner with Customer Relationship Manager and act as a moderator for escalated issues ensuring regular updates are being provided.
- Project event management assuring all milestones are completed as projected.
- Conducts customer operational and/or systems analysis resulting in problem identification. Identifies operational and system enhancement opportunities.
- Create CWRs that outline the solution approach for process improvements.
- Supports customers by utilizing data analytic tools and identifying ways to improve key performance factors.
- Participate in solution deployment strategy.
- Ensures testing and customer training are referred to support organizations.
- May identify company products or services sales opportunities to fulfill customer’s current or future needs and communicates to appropriate sales team.
- May assist less experienced subject matter experts.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial institution or FinTech.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in SMA OpCon.
- Experience with customer relationship management.
- Extensive experience with the Symitar Core.
- Must also be available to work up to 2 weekends a year to support the data center Disaster Recovery Exercise.
