Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Solutions Architect with solid exposure to SaaS based solutions to join our team. This customer-facing role works closely with the Sales teams to architect business solutions to meet requirements. This role also interacts with the Product Marketing, Product Management and Development teams to gather solution requirements, drive competitive replacements and provide input to roadmaps. Work on industry focused solution selling based demonstrations will also be attached to this role.

Who are you?
You will be expected to present and demonstrate Smart Communications solutions to multiple departmental levels including IT, technical users, business users and ‘C’ level executives via Solution Selling methodologies.
This position performs business and technical discovery, solution design, build customized presentations and demos, and execute Proof of Concept assignments to meet business needs. This is achieved through engagement with and input from prospects/customers, product management, and industry partners.
The candidate must have a strong desire to leverage their business, technical and sales skills. The individual must have the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a solution and effectively demonstrate to the prospect how it addresses their requirements and provides business value.
You will give business and technical presentations on the solutions and be able to clearly demonstrate the value of the Smart Communications suite of solutions and how they integrate into customer environments to generate Return on Investment.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Understand & evangelize the Smart Communications solutions and industry offering.
- Conceptualize and design solutions for prospective customers and industry partners, meeting unique requirements as stated in RFI/RFP document, enabling customers/partners to derive value propositions from the proposed solution.
- Identify, qualify and document clients’ business and functional requirements to effectively present the Smart Communications solutions as well as identify solution gaps and communicate them back to product management.
- Define to-be operating model that can deliver operational efficiency, greater control and transparency using the solutions technology across different business functions.
- Prepare business cases, solution briefs and presentations for solution walkthroughs and sales pitches.
- Demonstrate a high degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly while independently executing complex strategies leading to a technical win.
- Build customized demonstrations and POCs as an aid to the sales process.
- History of passion for digital experiences and cloud technology
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally, in writing, and within presentations and demonstrations to C level executives within our client base.
- Deliver presentations and solution demonstrations at sales meetings and events.
- Work with sales and industry marketing to develop and implement strategic industry programs
- Support the on-boarding of Smart Communications customers and partners.
- As a domain expert, be aware of industry trends, business drivers and regulatory initiatives; understand the competitive offerings and their differentiators in the market.
- As a Customer Communications Management (CCM) and adaptive forms Subject Matter Expert, play a supporting role to the Solution Consulting team with respect to best practices, sales and technical enablement and demonstration support.

- Demonstrate thought leadership through interactions with Product Management and Engineering

- German speaking (highly desirable)

- Strong industry knowledge with an ability to demonstrate previous experience in solution designing role preferably within the CCM industry and forms automation. Or, Alternatively, experience within the CRM or Marketing Management domains.
- Experience of working alongside product teams and staying abreast of product developments, competitor activities and market developments.
- Ability to quickly establish key facts, requirements to evaluate and propose solutions to business problems or processes.
- Analytical and consultative approach to client engagements.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication and presentation skills (web & in-person) required.
- Personal management style that is collaborative in nature, pragmatic, and open/flexible to a rapidly changing environment.
- Good commercial decision-making skills.
- Confident client service approach with a ‘can do - will do’ attitude.
- Ability to travel 30% of the month.
