Academic Project Manager for International Higher Education Development (m/f/d)

Join our Accreditaion team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Academic Project Manager for International Higher Education Development (m/f/d) at one of our locations or remote.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for complex academic projects with a focus on accreditation and institutional program recognition abroad
• Developing project structures, timelines, mapping in agile systems and driving a complex process with many stakeholders
• Close and collegial cooperation with the management and partner institutions
• Professional, friendly and engaging communication with all stakeholders via Teams, chat or email
• Independent further training with the help of IU resources

Your profile:

• You are an open minded, ambitious and high motivated person and you enjoy working in a virtual environment
• You are passionate for higher education and higher education management
• You have work experience in the academic field, preferably in an English-speaking country
• You can keep your cool when things get stressful. Even tracking changes and lots of comments in a document won't throw you off track.
• You are an organizational talent, proactive, solution orientated and you like to develop your own approaches to unknown problems
• You are fluent in English
• Confident with Office applications, especially Microsoft Teams and Outlook
