Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting potential candidates for our lease-to-purchase truck program. The position primarily involves working with warm, inbound leads, and no cold calling is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Zoho CRM software for efficient lead management and prospecting.
  • Engage with customers over the phone, email, and text to promote our lease-to-purchase truck program.
  • Follow up with potential candidates and maintain organized communication within the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule deliveries based on customer preferences.
  • Navigate the CRM to its full capability for optimal organization and follow-up activities.
  • Work with a diverse range of customers in subprime truck leasing, requiring persistence and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of sales experience.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Previous experience with Zoho CRM is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-driven and motivated to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline.
  • Previous experience in car sales or a similar environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of customers, demonstrating energy and enthusiasm.
  • Accent considerations: A minor accent is not a significant factor; effective communication and energy are more crucial.
