Staff4Me is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both English and Mandarin-speaking customers. This is a great opportunity to utilize your language skills and assist our diverse customer base in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
