Job Summary:

This position provides services to employer groups  on health and welfare plans, including financial analysis , renewal and brokerage services, eligibility  management, compliance, and project management.  Responsibilities include consulting on client plan design, renewal negotiation and management, vendor selection, and on-going market management.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare periodic claims experience monitoring reports and provide insight on high cost claimants and other outliers in client experience.

  • Work with client Business Partner to manage client service delivery including financial evaluations, plan design, servicing, renewal, business placement and benchmarking.

  • Project Manager for client renewal process.

  • Develop Marketing RFPs and use independent judgment to provide advice and recommendations to current and prospective clients on benefit plans.  Make recommendations based on understanding of client’s strategic plan and objectives.

  • Develop presentations and participate in client meetings to review and discuss alternatives.

  • Manage implementation process including new carriers and changes to existing vendors / plan designs.

  • Stay up to date on employee benefit compliance requirements; support client compliance needs by gathering data and reviewing materials, such as plan document preparation and preparation of 5500 filing.

  • Coordinate and assist with benefit plan enrollment, including technology support, enrollment meeting management and facilitation, carrier enrollment and termination support, invoice troubleshooting and audits, as needed.

  • Solicit feedback on work through quality control checks and supply quality control feedback as requested.

  • Maximize client retention by providing superior, proactive customer service and discussing tools and resources offered by Acrisure and assisting clients with the utilization of these resources.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience

  • Life & Health Insurance license or ability to obtain

  • Solid computer skills

  • Analytical capabilities
