Our Customer Success team is responsible for guiding our candidates in the process of starting their international careers. You will be acting as a professional advisor and personal support to your assigned candidates, providing them with expert advice on international, legal and professional affairs.

 

You will become an expert in cultural exchange programs and provide personalized services at all times. Be in constant communication with your designated candidates and make sure that they are achieving their goals and objectives.

 

You will form long-lasting relations with your candidates and ensure that they will achieve their dreams of taking their careers abroad. Provide personalized service, adapt to different situations on a daily basis and assist young professionals in gaining a life-changing experience. You are responsible that the candidates are successful in achieving their goals by going out of your way to assist, encourage and support them however you see fit!


Requirements:

  • Be a bachelor’s graduate of Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 2+ years of work experience in Operations, Customer Service, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and adaptive
  • Possess an excellent work ethic and passion for helping others
  • Cultural awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for candidates after being selected for our programs
  • Identifying qualified Participants possessing the good faith intent to cooperate in the visa application process.
  • Responsible for keeping candidates satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with our U.S. Partner
  • Organizations Support candidates with the preparation, control, and distribution of all required documents to apply for their Visa
  • Conduct coaching sessions with candidates prior to their Embassy Interview
  • Liaise between the candidates and our internal teams
  • Possess excellent time management, provide professional customer service at all times, and be able to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities at once
  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem[1]solving skills
