Job description

VALUE Virtual Assistant is looking for team player Inside Sales/ Cold caller Virtual Assistant to help our Real Estate client in their line of business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Finding new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email (Real Estate)
  • Cold-calling to people and providing information about products and services
  • Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
  • Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At Least 3 year Experience as a Telemarketer/ Inside Sales
  • Has experience working with US Real estate industry
  • Familiar with ERP and CRM and MS Office programs
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Open for Part time and Full time positions
  • Can work within Pacific Standard Time

Requirements

As you will be working from home, please be advised that we will require you to prepare certain Technical Requirements for you to meet the industry standard.

  • A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
  • Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam
