Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment which is beating heart of our work.
We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

Partner with the best

As Technical Support Engineer (d/f/m) you will be responsible for supporting the continued development and testing of surface hardware like StrataVision/TruVision. You will represent business/domain stakeholders and ensure the wants/needs of the market are met. Additionally, you will drive best practices, adoption, and reliability among field, AMO, and technical support specialists.

As Technical Support Engineer, (d/f/m), you will be responsible for

  • Participating in the ownership and authoring of technical bulletins, documentation, operational procedures, training materials, and field test plans

  • Providing technical and operational insight to product managers, engineering, and supply chain

  • Participating in deployment readiness assessment (DRA) processing and the engineering design review process

  • Hosting recurring calls with regions to discuss best practices, processing improvements, and required training and certification

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have successfully completed your Bachelor studies

  • Have significant experience in a field work environment

  • Have deep practical knowledge of Drilling Services software and hardware
