SK/HU Supplier and Operations Manager

The Supplier & Operations Manager is the specialists in own markets, and is responsible for complete scope:

• Network development (card acceptance, bunkering and own truck parks)
• Wholesale negotiations support
• Invoice approvals, budget control
• Operative control of the WAG truck parks in SK, HU

In more detail:

• • Development of the merchant countries with focus on:
    • Business needs
    • Customer needs
    • Corporate strategy
    • Legal environment
    • Market tendency alignments
  • Growth and optimization of the merchant countries, setting up strategies for markets
  • Wholesales negotiations, support on analytical, negotiation and optimization level
  • Solving of quality claims with the suppliers
  • Managing regular KPI reporting and progress tracking
  • Controlling of fulfillments of volume commitments
  • Supply responsibilities such as
• Identifying potential suppliers, initiating business partnerships in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
• Visiting new and existing suppliers, relationship building
• Negotiations and monitoring of contract conditions fulfilments
• Full responsibility regarding card acceptance and bunkering activities in the area
  • Operative control of the Own filling stations
    • Link between operative, business and Customer needs
    • Supervisory watchmen to be implemented, and to have dotted line to Supplier Managers

YOU WILL NEED:

Speak native Slovak, Hungarian and fluent English

• Supply chain experience
• Fuel industry background is a must
• Operational management experience
• Analytical skills
• Fluent in English and local languages
• Local market knowledge and network
• Active driving skills, licence
