This position can be remote in the US or hybrid in one of our US offices.

About the job:

As a Senior Product Manager on our Platform team you’ll be responsible for driving the success of solutions, modules, and features that empower our customers and consumers to achieve their goals.

You'll be responsible for:

• Owning the functional and business requirements of our products, features and modules

• Partnering with our Vertical Leadership to ensure specific products, features, and modules are successfully scoped, delivered, and supported and meet the needs of our customers and the business

• Partnering with Technology to successfully execute a product lifecycle (definition, planning, delivery, launch, support)

• Ensuring internal and external alignment around specific products/features/modules for the full Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience as a product manager successfully owning SaaS, B2B software, or enterprise software platforms

• 7+ years of experience on product management teams

• 7+ years experience effectively working with software development teams in an Agile Scrum environment

• Strong ability to collaborate across functions and levels, seamlessly juggling the priorities of multiple stakeholders

• Superior ability to communicate clearly and concisely to leadership, peers, and customers, tailoring your message to your audience

• A track record of innovating on behalf of customers, developing 0→1 products and scaling established products with product-market fit

• Ability to take customer requests, extract the true customer need and turn that into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

• A successful track record of advancing the craft of product management, and shepherding well-integrated teams with strong, highly collaborative cultures

• A true self-starter who works well in ambiguity and effectively adopts change

• A pragmatic approach to applying playbooks and frameworks (eg Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, etc), always keeping outcomes and business needs top-of-mind.

• Ready to be in a remote-first work culture and the sense of accountability to be successful in it.

• Business Minded. Eager and able to connect each new feature or process to the business value it provides to customers.

• Good product intuition; as a systems thinker and pattern-matcher, you can gather insights and synthesize needs into clear, actionable plans.

• The ability to influence people to get things done across the organization, striving to remove complexity and simplify both ideas and communication

• Scrappy and proactive. You thrive with the pace and resources of an early stage company

Bonus/ Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with medical/healthcare/EHR data

• Specific experience within the Insurance industry, or other regulated industries

• Track record of success with UX Research, Design Thinking, or user-centric products
