We need you to join the growing Performance Marketing team for the US HP.com Store to help find the creators, the inventors, and the geniuses of tomorrow who will leverage HP technology to change the world.
You will work in a completely new function called HP.com Financing to remove financial roadblocks so our consumer customers can work without limits. This unit is critical to the long-term growth of HP.com and will be highly visible to senior leaders.
You are a credit card / payment solutions marketing expert who will own all aspects of the marketing strategy for HP.com Financing.
Your core objectives are to grow our financing balances and user base by driving new applications and accelerating existing users retention and balances through impactful lifecycle marketing campaigns.
We are a big company that can act small and fast. The Performance Marketing team has ownership of the tools, platforms, creative, content, and messaging that you'll run to execute on your vision.
HP.com Financing is a blank canvas waiting for someone like you to paint their marketing masterpiece.
Drive financing applications from new and existing HP.com customers.
Increase financing balances through retention marketing, particularly through email-based triggers.
Work with Category teams to create promotional offers for financing.
Integrate financing messaging and promotions into all demand-gen marketing as a key HP.com value proposition.
Drive co-marketing plan with financing vendors.
Coordinate collateral with creative teams and vendors.
Align financing value proposition into HP Rewards and Business Club loyalty programs.
Work with Analytics teams to understand retention rate and LTV uplift from using financing.
Knowledge & Skills
Understanding of direct marketing and CRM principles.
Strong experience with Credit Card and/or Payment Marketing.
Proven experience building and implementing a testing and optimization strategy to improve marketing programs.
Analytical skills necessary to analyze and optimize performance of activities.
A well-rounded marketer with intermediate skills in creative design principles and copywriting to mock-up assets for agency or in-house creative resources to build.
Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams with competing priorities.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Management, or similar degree.
5+ years of work experience in related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $85,450.00 -- $131,600.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
