We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions Team.

About the Global Digital Hub:
The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.
About the position:
As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub long term outcomes and strategy as well as excellent delivery of priorities related to customer engagement analytics.
The Data & Analytics Coordinator is a technically-qualified person (expert) that strives to achieve business objectives by managing on time delivery of our analytical solutions.
As part of the team who will have the responsibility of:
Operating at the intersection of business, data and technology to support Roche ambition for its Customer Engagement transformation,
Providing strategic support on the deployment of Partner Score & Engagement View products by managing affiliate (defining, planning & deploying these solutions),
Defining a vision for customer engagement analytics use cases by working with multiple stakeholders and aligned to meet the Business and organization goals,
The Data & Analytics Coordinator works with the local Data & Analytics team to explain how these solutions could be leveraged to gain in efficiency in day to day practices and help the country to get onboarded from a business & technical standpoint.
The Data & Analytics Coordinator combines expert skills in a number of specialties, including Customer Engagement, Analytics, Project Management, all to support our local business teams in ensuring a successful deployment of our solutions.
Your day to day responsibilities are:
We are looking for upbeat, dynamic individuals who are highly involved and passionate about conducting the change within cross countries teams in Roche. You will support the Advanced Analytics for Business Insights team and would be responsible for deploying our solutions.You will be at the forefront of our communication and the work you'll do will directly impact the way our people will engage with our customers
As a qualified expert, you:
Lead on the planning and implementation of analytical projects that support Roche business teams;
Ensure a successful deployment of our solutions and onboard new countries in collaboration with the regional business lead by showcasing the product and its value
Are at the center of our Customer Engagement transformation and define the vision for customer engagement analytics use cases by working with multiple stakeholders to meet the Business and organization goals,
Coordinate with the Organizational Change Management team to help them build onboarding and training materials.
Work individually and with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning project tasks and responsibilities; track all to ensure on time completion
What can you bring to our team:
Bss/Msc degree
5+ years experience in global transformational project or project management role
Creative thinking, the mindset and skills to tackle any problem the job might throw at you
Customer-focused behavior in everything you do
Ability to create and maintain well-functioning relationships with internal stakeholders
Prior knowledge to CRM, digital publishing and other platforms
Attention to detail
Experience in Pharma or other regulated industries is a nice to have
Strong strategic collaboration skills: superior planning, process and influencing skills; experience developing and running workshops a plus
Act from a whole-system, enterprise perspective and understand the big picture
Impeccable ethics and integrity
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential. Outstanding customer service and interpersonal and presentation skills
Detail oriented, well organized and efficient with time management
Ability to work under pressure, manage complex issues & work independently
Quick learner, passionate about technologies
