HR Manager (part time 20 hours/week)

Currently, we’re looking for HR Manager (part time 20 hours/week) to join and ambitious and open team. As a HR Manager you will closely work with Leadership team to build and implement the HR people strategy.

Working location: Jena or Buxtehude + home office.

What will you be responsible for?

• Managing the recruitment and selection process;
• Designing onboarding and contract creation;
• Managing compensation and benefits;
• Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations;
• Cooperating with internal and external employees;
• Administrating the time control system;
• Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Personal Management and related. Master’s degree is a plus;
• Background: Min. 3 years of work experience in Human Resources;
• Knowledge of Smart Recruiters;
• Advanced knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office;
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in German and good English are a must.
