We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Facility Maintenance Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facility maintenance and ticket management, with a preference for knowledge in Service Channel and Zoho.
Summary of Position:
As the Facility Maintenance Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our processes, setting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring the seamless performance of our national facility maintenance team. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, fostering collaboration, and implementing proactive solutions to enhance overall team efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day facility maintenance team operations efficiently.
- Optimize processes to improve overall productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks to optimize processes and improve overall productivity.
- Implement process automation where applicable, leveraging technology to enhance productivity and reduce manual workload.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Reports regularly to Senior management sharing key information, including updates on projects, financial performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and any other relevant metrics.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture, emphasizing open communication and mutual respect.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Leverage insights gained from industry research to make informed decisions and keep the organization at the forefront of facility maintenance innovation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in facility maintenance.
- Proven operations management experience, preferably in construction or facility management.
- Strong skills in process optimization and performance management.
- Excellent bilingual (English & Spanish) communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Proven experience with facility management software, such as Service Channel and Zoho, with the ability to leverage these tools to optimize operations.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to finance, HR, and IT.
- Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency.
