Your missions

The Sales Enablement Manager will oversee end-to-end performance by looking after the development of current and new enablement sales initiatives. At Rankings.io, we are committed to providing end-to-end SEM services, including content creation, technical optimization, and keyword strategy for law firms looking for aggressive growth across multiple digital platforms. 

Responsibilities

  • Prudence in tracking sales enablement metrics and KPIs will be vital to the growth and success of the sales enablement function they manage
  • Review programmatic design of various programs, while eventually paving the way for their successful delivery to revenue teams
  • Pay close attention to what works well and what doesn’t, with the goal of continuously optimizing existing approaches
  • Serve as the connective tissue that holds the Business Development Representative together as well as the Account Executives
  • Gather insight and collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to execute initiatives that improve upon existing sales processes, and ultimately align to broader company goals
  • Demonstrate the business impact of enablement efforts that lead to stakeholder buy-in and support for future endeavors, while also establishing trust between the revenue-facing teams they serve

Requirements

  • Required experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Data driven while being technologically-savvy, they will need to possess strong project management skills with a deep knowledge of the buyer's journey
  • Exceptional communication skills while being an agile innovator, this individual will need to take a collaborative approach while demonstrating strong time management skills 
  • Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
  • Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
  • Involvement and participation in sales enablement groups or communities (ideal)
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
