Position: Customer Success Specialist

Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm CST Monday to Friday

Holidays: TBD
Salary: 1500 USD

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and facilitate prompt submission to our vendors.
  • Embrace 'Unreasonable Hospitality' to create memorable customer experiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date order status in Woocommerce, ensuring efficient tracking and management of all orders.
  • Communicate timely order updates to the customers via email, ensuring they are consistently informed about the status of their orders.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and the internal team to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to consistently improve systems and processes for increased efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Success Specialist or other similar positions.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in email etiquette and with solid experience in managing customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
