Position: Customer Success Specialist
Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm CST Monday to Friday
Salary: 1500 USD
- Process customer orders and facilitate prompt submission to our vendors.
- Embrace 'Unreasonable Hospitality' to create memorable customer experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date order status in Woocommerce, ensuring efficient tracking and management of all orders.
- Communicate timely order updates to the customers via email, ensuring they are consistently informed about the status of their orders.
- Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and the internal team to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.
- Work collaboratively with the team to consistently improve systems and processes for increased efficiency.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Success Specialist or other similar positions.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in email etiquette and with solid experience in managing customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
