As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, the primary objective is to ensure the effective implementation of the funnel strategy, proficient project management, timely task execution, and overall client satisfaction. Ultimately, these efforts contribute to increased revenue for both the client and our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
  • Conduct client meetings, present project progress, and review roadmaps and KPIs, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify issues and propose solutions through effective problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with senior account managers to guarantee exceptional project delivery.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead project management activities, including documenting meetings, planning and updating tasks in Todoist (our project management software), assigning deadlines, and delegating responsibilities to team members.
  • Monitor project progress, address obstacles proactively, and ensure projects stay on track by timely follow-ups with team members and clients.
  • KPI Tracking:
  • Manage and analyze KPI tracking spreadsheets using Google Analytics and export sales data from course software (e.g. Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific).
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations for performance optimization during internal project planning sessions and client meetings.
  • Copy & Research:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer surveys and existing client content for valuable insights.
  • Prepare and send Offer Questionnaires to clients to update future copy briefs.
  • Craft written Copy Briefs based on DDMs’ SOPs for copywriters.
  • Design:
  • Develop design briefs based on DDMs' SOPs for front-end web developers to convert into live sales funnels using platforms such as ClickFunnels, Teachable, Kajabi, WordPress, Squarespace, etc.
  • Funnel Set Up:
  • Coordinate with the automation specialist to set up tech in email marketing systems (e.g. Active Campaign, ConvertKit), funnel software (e.g. ClickFunnels, ThriveCart), and connections with course hosting software (e.g. Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific).
  • Set up split tests on sales pages, checkout pages, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Run Campaigns:
  • Set up campaigns in clients’ CRMs (Active Campaign, Convert Kit, etc.).
  • Thoroughly check campaign setups and executed sales campaigns.
  • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization):
  • Work on optimizing conversion rates, analysing metrics such as click-through rates, open rates, checkout page take rates, upsell & order bump take rates.
  • Identify areas for improvement based on KPI tracking and implement enhancements in the funnel.

Working Hours ⏰: Full time, 40 hours a week, 8 hours/day Mon-Fri. Ideally able to work around the CET timezone. Flexible working hours between 7 AM and 8 PM (CET).


To thrive in this position, the ideal candidate will possess:

✅ Proficiency at a C1 level in written and spoken English, ensuring clear and effective communication with both clients and team members.

✅ Project management expertise, encompassing the ability to strategically plan projects, and define milestones and tasks, ensuring timely completion. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

✅ A minimum of 1-2 years of Marketing experience.

✅ Account management skills, including running client meetings, prevention of project scope expansion, and high proficiency in organizational and communication tasks. Experience in crafting briefs for copywriters, and designers, and collaboration with automation specialists is a must.

✅ Drive, demonstrated by a strong desire to learn and stay updated on cutting-edge marketing techniques, coupled with a deep understanding of our company's methods and processes. A commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and the ability to take action and learn from experiences. A genuine passion for marketing and data, evidenced by proficiency in spreadsheet use.
