Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Tier 1 Software & System Support Associate to join our team. This position will directly support the CTO Products Office, which is a centralized, cohesive organization focused on building new and enhancing existing capabilities to enhance our competitive strategy.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work with a dynamic team of engineers and developers to understand Tier 2 level configurations of existing custom software, systems and solutions
Support intake, tracking and resolution of customer submitted issues
Facilitate and support incident and request escalations as appropriate
Support customers in guidance to published documentation including installation planning, configuration and troubleshooting support guides
Support and achievement of established service targets for response, resolution and customer satisfaction
High School Diploma OR GED
4 or more years of hands on experience in troubleshooting and support in a multi-functional, enterprise environment (A Bachelor's degree may be substituted for experience)
Experience with ServiceDesk Software Technology such as ServiceNow, Remedy or ZenDesk
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Familiarity with Windows-based products and integrations
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
