As a Delivery Manager you will do whatever it needs to be done in order to make your team succeed providing the best result to our clients. We expect you to lead your own way but in our experience it helps when you have

• delivered software solutions going together with the team through all the stages of the development lifecycle (right from the dream to the production and system decommissioning later on)
• lived with your team through different phases - fast growth, downsizes, splits and rotations.
• worked with your client managing all the changes, expectations and escalations in a way that built trust and good relationship.

• 5+ years in software development industry.
• Deep understanding of how software is built and shipped to the client.
• Proven track record of working with stakeholders in different organizations and positions, in a distributed and multicultural environment.
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent command of the English language
