SAP SuccessFactors Junior Consultant (m/f/d)

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.

• With your affinity for HR management, you will support in exciting customer projects with the technical and functional implementation of the innovative HR software SAP SuccessFactors.
• You will analyze customer situations and develop strategies for the successful implementation and long-term operation of the cloud-based system solution.
• In the corresponding projects, you will support the team in all project phases - from the first workshops to implementation and support after go-live.
• After a short period of time, you will also take over the (partial) project management in smaller teams on site or remotely at our customers and support them in presales activities.

• You have a completed university degree and, at best, have already gained initial experience (internships, student work, career entry) in HR management.
• You are passionate about HR topics and are very interested in the optimization and system implementation of various business processes in the context of HR management.
• In addition, you convince with your solution- and process-oriented thinking as well as your persuasiveness, assertiveness and your confident appearance towards customers.
• You are business fluent in German and fluent in English.
