Position: Leasing Associate**
As a Leasing Associate, you play a pivotal role in leasing, marketing, and fostering positive relationships with residents in our multi-family residential apartments. Acting as a bridge between property owners and tenants, you'll handle lease signings and embody the essence of a caring landlord. We're seeking an ideal candidate with high energy, a passion for making a meaningful impact on people's lives, and a commitment to exceeding the expectations of both residents and clients. **
Responsibilities**
- Ensure model and target apartments are show-ready, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, common spaces, and the office.
- Complete lease forms or agreements and handle rental deposits.
- Effectively market the property by answering inquiries, conducting tours, and promoting community amenities.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of lease terms, specifications, and community policies.
- Keep informational material updated and distribute to local businesses, apartment locators, etc.
- Regularly evaluate competitive properties and stay informed about market conditions.
- Conduct outreach marketing at least once per week.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community Manager.
- Maintain all resident and property files.
- Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property leasing, sales, and/or customer service.
- Ability to surpass sales objectives.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
- Excellent follow-up skills via email and phone.
- Yardi experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Valid Driver’s License.
