About Us
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Loan Processing Manager. As a Loan Processing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our Centralized Loan department. We offer a competitive salary of up to $90,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. **
Role Overview**
As a Loan Processing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our loan portfolio by overseeing compliance with federal and state laws, as well as our internal lending policies. You will manage and optimize our loan servicing operations, ensuring the highest quality in loan production. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with banking laws and regulations through ongoing education and provide support to our lending team. **
Key Responsibilities**
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as internal lending policies and procedures.
Manage and enhance the efficiency of loan servicing operations.
Conduct thorough loan reviews to maintain the quality of our loan portfolio.
Stay informed about banking laws and regulations through continuous learning.
Provide support and guidance to lenders, support staff, and colleagues regarding lending compliance.
Handle Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) activities, including form completion and reporting.
Exercise independent judgment within established approval limits.
Perform other related duties as assigned. **

Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university OR five years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five years of management experience in loan processing and documentation review in the banking industry.
Intermediate knowledge of lending activities and terminology, including commercial, construction, real estate, and consumer loan products.
Familiarity with title policies and loan regulations such as RESPA, HMDA, and other bank lending policies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Google applications (Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets). **
