As a Lead Java Developer (m/f/x), you will lead a team of developers in our online games' new and further development and directly report to the Head of Development.
You can expect a professional and international working environment with plenty of scope and different technologies – in the backend, we are developing with Java, and in the front end, with HTML5 / JavaScript.
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve the software with high-quality, maintainable code
Communicate with colleagues and other teams to ensure a smooth workflow
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in cooperation with the Project Manager
Encourage synergy and cooperation within the team
Teach and guide the team in our company vision, mission, and individual goals
Drive job interviews and prepare relevant evaluation tools
Ensure team's prompt attendance to team meetings, manage team holidays and sickness
Give regular feedback and evaluations, maintain a high team spirit
Execute the career path for your team and work on improvement plans
Define team needs and requirements for the annual budget
