More than just a product provider, we believe in fostering deep and long-lasting connections with our clientele.Key Responsibilities: - Market & Distributor Management: Spearhead mass market strategies and manage relations with distributors. Drive joint business plans and KPIs with strategic distributors to boost revenue and market share. - Mass Market Strategy Execution : Collaborate with distributors to implement mass market strategies, ensuring design ins/design wins are achieved. - Distributor Development & Relationship Management: Mentor distributor business resources, encouraging independence. Oversee account and distribution ties, managing forecasts, order intakes, and inventory. - Opportunity Identification : Recognize emerging prospects and applications. Join forces with the marketing and technical teams to propel demand creation in pivotal application areas. Collaborate with BU and regional management on strategic account and channel development plans.
Requirements:** - 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically as a channel/distribution sales manager. - Experienced in cigarette and vaping industry, managing customers of the Italian tobacconist channel is preferred. - Experienced in alcohol, energy drinks, candy & chocolate, packaged snack industry are considered. - Proficient in English as a working language. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the capability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff. - Prior experience in team management or as a team leader is highly desirable. - Demonstrated ability to excel both within a multi-disciplinary team and independently, and to drive customer/client engagements. - A passion for innovation, adaptability to challenges and a rapidly evolving market, and an entrepreneurial mindset are highly valued.
