Recognizing the immense potential and to further solidify our position, we are now in the process of establishing a dedicated local team in the US. This strategic development is designed to ensure that both our valued customers and partners are afforded an exceptional experience through enhanced product offerings.We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Brand Ambassador to join our team. This role is critical in strengthening our presence within the retail sector and requires a hands-on approach to customer management and data collection.Key Responsibilities - Retail Partnership Cultivation : Visit assigned retail stores across specific cities/areas to gather crucial sales data and insights. - Customer Relations : Forge and maintain strong relationships with store owners, serving as the face of our brand. - Marketing Material Management : Efficient delivery, installation, and display of samples and promotional materials in stores. - Feedback Collection : Actively collect and report market and product feedback to inform our sales strategies. - Event Support : Provide support at exhibitions, including the ability to travel within the US as needed. - Reporting : Compile and submit detailed weekly reports on market activities and store interactions.
Qualifications - Industry Experience : 1-3 years in the vape, tobacco, or FMCG industry, with a preference for those with experience as a clerk in a Vape & Smoke store. - Proactivity : A practical approach to work, self-driven, with a track record of completing tasks promptly. - Interpersonal Skills : Outgoing personality with excellent people skills. - Sales Acumen : Fundamental sales experience, with the capability of visiting no less than 50 stores weekly.
