Senior Sales Manager - Solar Energy

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding company in the renewable energy sector. We specialize in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of solar panels. Our mission is to drive the transition to renewable energy, and we are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager/Sales Specialist to join our European team based in France.Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the solar energy market in Spain across various sales channels. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, identifying their technical, financial, and logistical needs. - Create targeted sales campaigns to explore new business opportunities. - Analyze and monitor sales data, and generate periodic reports to identify trends and opportunities. - Report all activities, including sales and account management, to the Sales Director on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. - Establish multi-level relationships between customers and the company to ensure long-term business partnerships. - Collect up-to-date market information, including competitor analysis and customer benchmarking. - Represent the company at local and national trade shows and conferences.
Requirements: - This role will be required to candidate working remotely in Spain.** - 3+ years of experience in the solar energy sector, preferably in PV modules or solar trackers. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills. - Customer-focused orientation. - Proactive and problem-solving mindset. - Excellent organizational skills. Knowledgeable in international business environment, operations, and practices. - Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools. - Availability to travel as per the company's needs (Driving License: B required). - Native French speaker. - Upper-intermediate level of English (B1+ - B2).
