  • Act as a liaison between the mortgage broker and clients, handling communication via phone, email, or in-person. They may answer general inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure that clients have all the necessary documentation and information.
  • Responsible for collecting all relevant documents from clients, such as income statements, tax returns, credit reports, and other financial information. They must ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly organized for submission to lenders.
  • Gather all the necessary documentation from clients, the admin support assists in preparing and submitting mortgage applications to various lenders on behalf of the broker.
  • Lender Follow-Up: They follow up with lenders to track the progress of mortgage applications, ensuring that all required information is provided and deadlines are met. This involves monitoring the status of applications and communicating updates to both the broker and the client.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Admin support is responsible for accurately entering client data into the mortgage broker's systems or databases and maintaining comprehensive records of all transactions and interactions.
  • Compliance and Regulation: They must ensure that all mortgage-related activities comply with relevant industry regulations and guidelines, assisting in gathering necessary disclosures and ensuring that clients are aware of their rights and responsibilities.
  • Appointment Coordination: Admin support may handle the scheduling of meetings between the mortgage bro


  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in loan administration.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Has a good understanding of IT concepts and technologies.

  • Experience in Project Management Tools (, Trello, Asana, Notion etc)
  • Must be organized and must be able to resolve conflicting priorities and schedules.
  • Responsible and willing to take necessary actions and decisions to meet objectives.

  • Has the ability to make the most effective use of time available.
  • Has the ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.

Nice to Have

  • Australian Customer or Broker facing experience or relevant experience within the financial institution.
  • Certificate IV Financing & Mortage Brokering

  • Working Hours (Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 3:00) PH Time
