Candidate Sourcing/ Screening

  • Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with relevant job openings.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the position

Job Posting & Marketing

  • Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and the company's website.
  • Create compelling job advertisements to attract potential candidates.

Interview Coordination

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the Hiring Manager.
  • Provide candidates with relevant information about the interview process, company, and position·

Candidate Assessment & Evaluation

  • Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the company.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to thoroughly assess candidates' qualifications and motivation.

Reference Checking & Background Verification

  • Verify candidates' employment history, education, and other relevant information.
  • Conduct reference checks to validate candidates' qualifications and work performance.

Negotiation and Offer Management

  • Facilitate and communicate compensation, benefits and job offers.

Orientation & On-Boarding

  • Orienting new employees to the organization (set up log in credentials, email address etc.
  • Point person of all new employees

Actively participates in the creation of attractive recruitment packages/ offerings.


  • A bachelor's degree of Science in Human Resource or Business Administration or any related course.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in, Mortgage Brokering (Sales/ Agents) or Finance
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with clients, candidates, and team members.
  • The ability to build rapport, establish relationships, and connect with people from various backgrounds is crucial in this role.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks on recruitment.
  • Negotiating terms, salaries, and agreements between candidates and clients requires effective negotiation skill.

  • Working Hours (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) PH Time
