Job Responsibilities:

  • Process orders from Shopify, Email or our ERP system (Cin7).
  • Provide online chat support through platforms like Zendesk
  • Process and create service agreements through platforms like Pandadoc.
  • Answering customer calls and being able to process orders from the phone
  • Work with our shipping carriers to confirm delivery and re-delivery attempts.
  • Monitor purchase order progress
  • Carry on Stock inventory reports and prepare forecasts.
  • Answer overflow calls from our other brands
  • Support our Sydney and Manila based operations by providing other admin support as required.


  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills (English)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer software systems
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent motivation skills and inspiring leadership skills with the ability to be a self-starter and work alone.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise in line with business expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
