Growth Marketing Campaign Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team and support iContact’s acquisition and product marketing efforts to help drive revenue, ensure a seamless customer experience and successful product adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving customer usage within the first 90 days by creating and generating compelling marketing campaigns and emails that effectively communicate product features, email best practices, iContact value propositions, and other relevant information to drive customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product, Customer Success and Marketing teams to help drive revenue, ensure a seamless customer experience and successful product adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to gather market feedback and analyze the results to identify trends/areas for improvement to present back to the business.
  • Partner with Sr. Product Manager and Customer Success teams to gather market feedback, and incorporate it into product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize acquisition marketing tactics to drive customer engagement, focusing on product adoption (customer sending, social media posting, uploading contacts, creating automations)
  • Utilize tools such as G Suite, Canva, Salesforce etc. to streamline marketing processes, track metrics, and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, brand voice, and customer experience.
  • Script and help produce content webinars to educate and engage customers, showcasing the benefits and features of iContact

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on lifecycle marketing and customer engagement.
  • Proven experience running successful multi-channel and cross functional campaigns
  • Strong marketing skills and a deep understanding of marketing principles and tactics.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and growth marketing tactics, including email marketing, customer segmentation, and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in G Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate complex ideas.
  • Highly collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven recommendations.
