Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with the company's overall strategy, centered around AI-driven SEO solutions that exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights to shape the product roadmap and ensure we maintain a leadership position in the SEO Software market.
• Lead the integration of AI and machine learning technologies into our SEO software products, identifying use cases and applications that optimize website performance, content strategy, and link-building efforts.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure the AI algorithms are accurate, reliable, and continuously improving.
• Act as a cross-functional thought partner and hub for Product Managers, SMEs, Data Scientists, Marketing and Engineering alike as it relates to innovation via technical data solutions.
• Be able to clearly communicate changes to timelines, scope and impact of projects to the Director of Product, and other key stakeholders.
• Engage with customers, both existing and potential, to understand their challenges and validate product concepts through interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Continuously analyze product performance, user engagement, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to other product managers on the team, fostering their professional growth and success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management with a focus on AI-powered products
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, algorithms, and applications
• Proven success in overseeing and executing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret insights from data
• Able to work with technical customers to understand data requirements and translate those to engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptive to all levels of stakeholders
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
• Experienced in building business cases, functional requirements and other core product documentations
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and SCRUM.
• SEO knowledge is considered an asset
