What is the job purpose?

  • Execute studies by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations
  • Generate polished diagnostic analyzes/reports, summarizing BASES conclusions and recommendations in a concise, client-friendly manner
  • Support the Account Development team in driving revenue by delivering excellent project work that results in repeat business

Responsibilities

  • Execute projects across a variety of clients, meeting agreed-upon milestones
  • Be accountable for high-quality client deliverables in partnership with your Customer Success team
  • Analyze study results to draft reports and presentations
  • Summarize data to produce tables, charts, and graphs
  • Develop a strong understanding of successful innovation within the first 6 months of the job (NielsenIQ BASES Activation Profiles) and apply this understanding to client deliverables
  • Handle project-related client correspondence as needed
  • Participate in client discussions/presentations and work through implications and recommendations based on the data
  • Support Account Development teams on value-add and meta-analyses
  • Support special projects and thought leadership initiatives
  • Participate in exclusive professional development opportunities focused on gaining a business perspective, diversity, inclusive leadership, and continuous mentorship
  • Make a difference by becoming a problem solver, a consultant, and the voice of NielsenIQ’s inclusive culture for our clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree holder in Marketing, Economics, or relevant disciplines
  • 1+ years of experience working at NIQ
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to translate large amounts of data into easy-to-understand and actionable presentations
  • Strong storytelling skills
  • Demonstrated active role in seeking input from diverse thoughts, backgrounds, and outcomes
  • Passion for understanding consumers and market research
  • Passion for learning and applying new technologies to business solutions
  • Proven problem-solving skills using deductive reasoning, understanding hierarchical relationships, and identifying gaps in logic
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
