ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Solution Architect that will drive solution innovation with partners by leading story boarding exercises to define solutions, applying design thinking, providing technical hands-on expertise on the NOW platform to partners. The partner solution architect is responsible to define and drive the solution strategy by engaging with the product teams at ServiceNow and our partner ecosystem. The architect should be able to communicate the power, flexibility, and ease-of-use of the ServiceNow PaaS to partners to drive solution outcomes that drive value for customers and for the partnership. This is a hands-on technical innovator who can go wide and deep on technical enablement and solution positioning for partner growth.

As a vital member of our team, you will have the opportunity to take on the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop use case storyboards in collaboration with our partners, defining joint solutions and outcomes that drive innovation and progress.
  • Foster cutting-edge co-innovation initiatives by working closely with ServiceNow's product teams and technology partners. Leverage your extensive knowledge of the technology industry and trends, combined with a deep understanding of ServiceNow Products, to facilitate groundbreaking advancements.
  • Advocate for ServiceNow technology, showcasing its capabilities and value to our partner ecosystem, customers, and sales teams.
  • Serve as a proficient technical liaison between ServiceNow and our technology partner community, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with strategic technology partners to create a more substantial impact within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Work alongside Business Unit product (PM/ENG) teams to create and maintain comprehensive content defining integration use cases, supporting partners in building seamless integrations.
  • Assist key partners in developing their integration use cases and review their integration designs to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Manage design partnership activities with technology partners, particularly focusing on integrations that complement major features in BU products/modules.
  • Stay informed about competitive and complementary aspects of ServiceNow's technology partners' products, effectively navigating partnerships with competitive firms.
  • Act as the ServiceNow technical owner for partner-developed integrations, advocating for the partners and their developers with ServiceNow's Product, Engineering, and Certification teams.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Sales, and our customers on integration projects to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Provide valuable guidance and support to registered technology partners through various approaches like office hours, ensuring their success at scale.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a solution architect, providing hands-on technical leadership for end-to-end design, delivery, and management of hybrid cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMWare, Oracle).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in designing and developing Enterprise Applications as an Enterprise Architect.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of development experience on the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Ability to lead solution architecture through design thinking workshops, encompassing IT/Digital Transformation, Modernization, and Migration efforts.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise and proficiency in Networking, VM, containers, serverless technologies, along with AI and ML across any cloud and on-premises enterprise.
  • An AWS, Azure, Google, or other cloud architect certification is a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the technology ecosystem and trends, with the ability to align trends with ServiceNow solutions.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITx products, including ITOM, Security, Risk, DevOps, and ITAM, is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, outcome-oriented, and adaptable to working with ambiguity and change in both tasks and schedule.
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills, along with a quick ability to grasp new technologies through instruction and self-training.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proven and current technical expertise in web technology, coupled with a hunger for learning new technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying technical and business concepts.
  • Capability to create compelling written and multimedia content, showcasing the power and flexibility of the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Passion for technology and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Enjoyment in problem-solving and being a cross-functional change agent.
  • Demonstrated professional curiosity and comfortable leading by example.
