What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources has a career opportunity for a Regional Trillium Ultimate Living Assistant (TULA) Deployment and Support Team Analyst to join our Innovations Department. This position has face-to-face interaction with Trillium members and provides direct support to recipients enrolled in the TULA project. This type of support includes traveling for site visits across Trillium’s catchment area to install equipment, conducting preliminary training for the member, serving as the contact between the member and the equipment vendor, and other combinations of technical and human interface duties. The Regional (TULA) Deployment and Support Team Analyst position is responsible for providing first and second level support and guidance to non-technical people for all technology within the TULA member deployed technical stack.
On a typical day, you might:
- Deploy technical equipment into member care settings.
- Set up and configure new end-user equipment including laptops, mobiles devices, printers, copiers, VTC units, VoIP phones, and other peripherals.
- Investigate and resolve all technology issues related to member IT equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate customer in-home support for the installation of new software or to perform hardware or software break/fix activities.

Qualifications:
Education: High School or Associate degree
Experience: Required Experience:
High School diploma and three (3) years of work experience focused on technology. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree or experience requirements.
OR
Associate’s degree and a minimum of one (1) year of work experience focused on technology. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree or experience requirements.
OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year working in a technical customer service role.
Education, training, and work experience that shows a history of learning and applying the skills needed to work with a wide variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, ethnic, educational, and other diverse backgrounds.
PROFESSIONAL LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED/PREFERRED:
Preferred:
A+ or other technology device certifications from a valid certification authority such as CompTIA, Microsoft, CISCO, or other vendor certification issuers.
Education, training, and work experience that shows a history of learning and applying the skills needed to work with a wide variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, ethnic, educational, and other diverse backgrounds.

Must have a valid driver’s license
Must reside in North Carolina
